Antique dealers, merchants, designers, craftsmen and artists all gathered in the Puces de Saint-Ouen, a flea market in a suburb near Paris. It’s a market full of wonders and with a unique ambiance. Classic antiques (furniture, bronzes, light fixtures, tableware, jewelery, toys, books, vintage clothes) can be next to surprising antiquities (scientific objects, sports articles, ancient tools, archaeological artifacts…).

You can find anything from unbreakable vases to hand muffs for lovers. Children love the curved schoolboy rulers, which fold as soon as they are dropped, and do not get marked by pens or blankies covered in labels printed with the declaration of children’s rights.
